On certain vehicles, the center console could unlatch and cause the storage compartment to open in a crash.
Safety Risk:
A storage compartment that opens in a crash could allow objects to move inside the vehicle, creating a risk of injury.
Corrective Actions:
Mercedes-Benz will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your vehicle to a dealership to replace the front center console storage compartment.
