Issue
On certain trucks, a spacer installed between the seat frame and the seat belt buckle may cause the seat belt to slip and not to work properly in a crash.
Safety risk
A seat belt that doesn't work properly could increase the risk of injury in a crash.
Corrective actions
PACCAR will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your truck to a dealership to remove the spacer(s) and replace the bolt(s).
