Issue
On a small number of motorhomes, the spline teeth in the windshield wiper arm(s) could wear and break. If this happens, the windshield wipers may not work properly.
Safety risk
Windshield wipers that don't work could affect a driver's visibility and increase the risk of a crash.
Corrective actions
Newmar will notify the owners by mail and advise you to take your motorhome to a Daimler Truck North America (DTNA) authorized service facility to inspect and, if necessary, replace the windshield wiper arm(s).
