Transport Canada Recall - 2023551 - GENERAL MOTORS

Issue: On certain vehicles equipped with an optional passenger seat, the wrong right side B-pillar trim may have been installed. As a result, the right-side curtain airbag may not inflate properly in a crash. Safety Risk: A side curtain airbag that doesn't work properly could increase the risk of injury in a crash. Corrective Actions: BrightDrop will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your vehicle to a BrightDrop authorized servicer to inspect and, if necessary, replace the right side B-pillar trim.
