Issue:
On one RV Trailer, an incorrect fuse may have been installed into the power distribution center. As a result, the wiring could overheat and melt before the fuse blows.
Safety Risk:
Wiring that overheats could create the risk of a fire.
Corrective Actions:
Forest River will notify the owner by mail and advise them to take their RV trailer to a dealership to inspect the fuse in the power distribution center. If a 30 A fuse is installed, it will be replaced with one that has a 15 A rating.
