Issue:
On a small number of motorhomes, an incorrect fuse may have been installed on the main power cable. As a result, the wiring could overheat and melt before the fuse blows.
Safety Risk:
Wiring that overheats could create the risk of a fire.
Corrective Actions:
Airstream will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your motorhome to a dealership to inspect the fuse on the main power cable. If a 200 A fuse is installed, it will be replaced with one that has a 50 A rating.
