Transport Canada Recall - 2023394 - TESLA

Issue: On certain vehicles, the front-facing cameras may not have been aligned correctly. As a result, some vehicle safety features may not work, including automatic emergency braking, forward collision warning and lane assist. This problem wouldn't give any warnings to the driver that the features aren't working. Safety Risk: Vehicle safety systems that don't give warning when they're not working could increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: Tesla will notify owners by e-mail and advise you to contact Tesla Service to arrange an inspection of the front-facing cameras. The technician will adjust the pitch angle of the cameras if necessary.
