Issue
On a small number of trucks, the nuts that attach the windshield wiper arms may not have been tightened properly. This could cause the wipers to slip and not clear the windshield properly.
Safety risk
Windshield wipers that don't work properly could affect a driver's visibility. This could increase the risk of a crash.
Corrective actions
Mack will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your vehicle to a dealership to inspect and tighten the nuts on the windshield wiper arms.
