Issue:
On a small number of buses, the bolts that attach the foldable seat cushions to the seat frames could loosen and detach. If this happens, a seat cushion could separate from the seat frame.
Safety Risk:
A seat cushion that separates from the seat in a crash could create an increased risk of injury.
Corrective Action:
Prevost will notify owners by mail and provide instructions for how to secure the bolts that attach the foldable seat cushions.
