Issue

Issue:
On certain motorhomes and RV trailers, the fasteners that attach the solar panel may loosen or pull out. If this happens, a solar panel could separate from the vehicle while driving.

Safety Risk:
A solar panel that detaches from the vehicle could create a hazard for other road users and increase the risk of a crash.

Corrective Actions:
Forest River will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your motorhome or RV trailer to a dealership to install an added bracket to secure the solar panel. If the solar panel has detached, a replacement will be installed.
