Issue
On certain motorhomes, the retractable awning could extend on its own while driving.
Safety risk
An awning that extends while driving could create a road hazard and increase the risk of a crash.
Corrective actions
Thor Motor Coach will notify owners by mail. The corrective actions for this recall are under development. Thor Motor Coach recommends that you should inspect the awning to ensure it's in the fully retracted position before driving. You should also check it periodically throughout your trip.
