On certain child car seats, the owner's manual doesn't provide clear instructions for how to lock the vehicle seat belt when using the seat in a rear-facing position. Canadian regulations require companies to provide this information in every child seat manual.
Safety Risk:
A child car seat that is not properly secured could increase the risk of injury in a crash.
Corrective Actions:
