Issue
Issue:
On certain trailers equipped with a Dexter Smart-Steer 2.0 self-steering axle, the steer arm that attaches to the knuckle could break. If this happens, the steer arm could fall from the trailer.
Safety Risk:
Parts that fall from the trailer could create a road hazard for others and increase the risk of a crash.
Corrective Actions:
Titan Trailers will notify owners by mail and instruct you to make arrangements with a Dexter authorized service facility to replace the steer arms on your trailer.
