In certain conditions, the vehicle could roll-away after placing the transmission in the "P" (Park) position if the parking brake is not set.
Note: You should always follow the parking procedure in the owner's manual, and set the parking brake each time that you park.
A parked vehicle that rolls away could create a risk of a crash or an injury.
Mercedes-Benz will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your vehicle to a dealership to update the software of various control units.
