Issue

This recall was replaced by Transport Canada Recall No. 2023-135.

Issue:
On certain snowmobiles, the retainer screw for the fuel injector hose may not have been tightened properly. As a result, fuel could leak.
Note: This recall only affects snowmobiles equipped with an 850 E-TEC or 850 E-TEC Turbo engine.

Safety Risk:
A fuel leak can create the risk of a fire.

Corrective Actions:
BRP will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your snowmobile to a dealership to inspect and, if necessary, install a new fuel injector hose retainer screw.
