Transport Canada Recall - 2022390 - CRUISER RV

Issue:
The compliance label on certain RV trailers lists the wrong Gross Axle Weight Rating (GAWR). The label incorrectly lists the axle capacities as 1588 kg (3500 lb.) per axle. The label should instead list the axle capacities as 1270 kg (2800 lb.) per axle. This could lead to overloading and cause poor handling or a tire failure.

Safety Risk:
Poor handling or a tire failure could cause a loss of control and result in a crash.

Corrective Actions:
Cruiser RV will mail a new compliance label to each owner. If you would like help to install it, you can contact a Cruiser RV dealership to have it installed free of charge.
