Issue
On certain RV trailers, the exterior entry steps may not have been assembled correctly. As a result, the step treads could detach from the step support arms.
Safety risk
A step that detaches could create a risk of injury.
Corrective actions
Airstream will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your trailer to a dealership to repair the step assembly.
