Transport Canada Recall - 2022328 - TOYOTA

Issue:
On certain vehicles, the wheel bolts can loosen and fall out. If this happens, a wheel could separate from the vehicle.

Safety Risk:
A wheel separation could cause a loss of control and increase the risk of a crash. A wheel that separates could also hit another person or vehicle.

Corrective Actions:
None of the affected vehicles have been sold to retail customers. The corrective actions for this recall are under development. Corrective actions will be performed on those vehicles before being sold to retail customers. Toyota advises not to drive the vehicles until the recall repairs are completed.
