Issue:
On certain vehicles, the warnings, tell-tales and gauges may not display properly in the instrument panel cluster.
Note: This recall only affects vehicles equipped with a 4.2" monochromatic instrument panel cluster.
Safety Risk:
Warnings, tell-tales and gauges that do not display properly could increase the risk of a crash.
Corrective Actions:
Ford will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your vehicle to a dealership to update the instrument panel cluster software.
