Issue: On one motorcycle, the wrong bolts may have been used to install the front brake caliper. As a result, the mounting threads on the fork could be damaged and the brake caliper could come loose. If this happens, the motorcycle could have reduced braking. Safety Risk: Reduced braking could cause an increase in stopping distance and create the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: Zero Motorcycles will notify the owner by mail and instruct them to take their motorcycle to a dealership to inspect, and if necessary, replace front brake caliper bolts and fork.
