Issue
On a small number of motorhomes, the burner control valve for the interior cooktop could become damaged. If this happens, the valve could leak propane.
Safety risk
A propane gas leak could create the risk of a fire or explosion.
Corrective actions
Winnebago will notify owners by mail and provide you with the steps to take to fix this problem. The corrective actions for this recall are under development. This recall only applies to cooktops with certain serial numbers, so the repairs will include an inspection of the serial number on the cooktop to determine if it needs to be replaced.
