Transport Canada Recall - 2022285 - ROADTREK

Issue:
On certain motorhomes, the burner control valve for the interior cooktop could become damaged. If this happens, the valve could leak propane.

Safety Risk:
A propane gas leak could create the risk of a fire or explosion.

Corrective Actions:
Roadtrek Inc. will notify owners by mail and instruct you to contact Dometic, the manufacturer of the cooktop. Dometic advises that you must immediately shut off the propane supply at the tank regulator. Don't use the propane system in your RV until the cooktop recall repairs have been completed. Dometic will provide you with information for how to inspect the serial number on your cooktop. If the serial number is within the affected range, you will be instructed to take your motorhome to a Dometic dealer or service centre to replace the cooktop.
