Issue
Issue:
On a small number of digger derricks, during a stability test, the connectors to a relay may have been reattached incorrectly. As a result, the hydraulic overload protection system may not work properly. If this happens, the unit could be overloaded.
Safety Risk:
An overloaded digger derrick could create a risk of injury.
Corrective Actions:
Altec Industries will notify owners by mail and provide you with instructions for how to inspect, and if necessary, properly reattach the relay connectors.
