Transport Canada Recall - 2022200 - MASERATI

Issue:
On a small number of vehicles, the brake lights may flicker under certain braking conditions. This could make it difficult for a following driver to tell when the brake lights are on. Canadian regulations require the stop lamps to stay on constantly while braking.

Safety Risk:
Brake lights that do not work properly could make the vehicle less visible and cause a following driver not to recognize that a vehicle is braking. This could increase the risk of a crash.

Corrective Actions:
Maserati will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your vehicle to a dealership to inspect, and if necessary, replace the tail lamp assemblies.
