Issue: On certain truck-mounted aerial devices with dual baskets, the emergency stop for the upper control stations may not stop all boom movements. Safety Risk: A boom that continues to move after the operator actives the emergency stop could increase the risk of injury. Corrective Actions: Terex will notify owners by mail and provide you with new emergency stop placards and installation instructions. The new placard will direct you to use the engine stop/start controls as the emergency stop. If the unit isn't already equipped with engine stop/start controls at both control stations, Terex will provide you with directions for how to add the required components.
