Issue:
On certain RV trailers, the safety stop for the outdoor griddle may not have been installed. As a result, the griddle can be stowed away with the propane hose still attached, and the burner turned on.
Safety Risk:
An outdoor griddle that is stowed away with the burner turned on could create a fire risk.
Corrective Actions:
Forest River will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your trailer to a dealership to install a bracket to prevent the griddle from being stowed away while the propane line is still attached.
