Safety Risk:
A loose seat could create a risk of injury for in a crash.

Corrective Actions:
Daimler Trucks North America (DTNA) will notify the owner by mail and instruct them to take their bus to a DTNA authorized service facility to install a spacer between the frame rails and body floor. This will provide proper clearance between the passenger seat mounting bolt(s) and chassis crossmember bolt(s).
