Issue:
On a small number of aerial devices, one or more of the bolts for the rotation bearing may not be tightened correctly. As a result, the bolts could fail, and the pedestal and turntable could separate from the vehicle.
Safety Risk:
A pedestal and turntable that separate from the vehicle could create a risk of injury.
Corrective Actions:
Altec Industries will notify owners by mail and require a qualified technician to replace the outer race rotation bolts.
