On one school bus, a software error could cause the brakes to not apply when using the wheelchair lift. As a result, the bus could move while using the wheelchair lift.
Safety Risk:
A bus that moves while using wheelchair lift could create a risk of injury.
Corrective Actions:
Blue Bird will notify the owner by mail and instruct them to take their bus to a dealer to update the vehicle software.
