Issue: On certain vehicles, the odometer may not display properly after reaching 21,472 km. This error could lead you not to know how far the vehicle has travelled. As a result, an owner could miss or delay important vehicle maintenance. Note: Only the Wrangler 4xe model is affected by this recall. Safety Risk: Missed or delayed vehicle maintenance could lead to a part failure and increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Action: FCA Canada will notify owners by mail and instruct you to bring your vehicle to a dealer to inspect, and if necessary, update the instrument panel cluster software. If your vehicle has over 21,472 km, and the odometer does not display, the instrument panel cluster will be replaced.
