Issue:
On a small number of buses, the front ceiling panel could become loose and fall inside the bus. This could cause a possible distraction for the driver.
Safety Risk:
A ceiling panel that falls could distract the driver and increase the risk of a crash.
Corrective Actions:
Prevost will notify owners by mail and instruct them to take their bus to a Prevost service center to secure the front ceiling panel with new hardware.
