Issue:
On certain vehicles, the driver-front airbag may catch the steering wheel cover when it inflates. If this happens, the airbag could tear and may not inflate properly.
Safety Risk:
An airbag that does not inflate properly could create an increased risk of injury in a crash.
Corrective Actions:
Tesla will notify owners by email and advise you to schedule an appointment with Tesla Service to replace the driver-front airbag.
