Issue:
On certain buses, the vertical holding posts used by passengers could break. If this happens, a post could move suddenly and a passenger could fall.
Safety Risk:
A vertical holding post that breaks could create a risk of injury.
Corrective Actions:
Nova Bus will notify owners in writing and provide them with directions for replacing parts that attach the vertical holding posts (stanchions).
