Issue: On certain vehicles, the repairs for recall 2021-052 may not have been properly completed. As a result, a second inspection is necessary. On certain vehicles, the outside of the driver's sun visor does not have the required airbag warning label. Canadian regulations require that information about the airbag system is provided on both sides of the sun visor. Safety Risk: This label provides a driver with information about the airbags and/or child restraint safety recommendations. Not following these recommendations could create an increased risk of injury. Corrective Actions: Mercedes-Benz will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your vehicle to a dealer to replace the driver's sun visor.
