Issue:
On a small number of fire trucks, the tail lights may be too bright. This could make it difficult for a following driver to tell when the brake lights turn on. Canadian regulations specify a maximum brightness for tail lights.
Safety Risk:
If a following driver does not recognize when a vehicle ahead is braking, there could be an increased risk of a crash.
Corrective Actions:
Rosenbauer will notify owners by mail and provide you with a replacement filter kit and directions for installing it.
