On certain buses, a software error could allow the rear doors to open unexpectedly while the bus is moving at low speed.
Safety Risk:
A door that opens on a moving bus could create a risk of injury.
Corrective Actions:
Proterra has notified the owner in writing. All affected buses will be removed from service until they have been inspected and a software update is installed.
