Issue:
On certain travel trailers, the plate that attaches the slide mechanism to the interior wall was not installed correctly. As a result, the slide-out room could partially detach from the motorhome while driving.
Safety Risk:
A slide-out room that detaches from the motorhome while driving could create a risk of a crash.
Corrective Actions:
Forest River will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your travel trailer to a dealer to relocate the interior plates for the slide-out room.
