Issue:
On certain motorcycles, the side stand may break. If this happens, the motorcycle could fall over while it is parked.
Safety Risk:
A motorcycle that falls over could create a risk of injury to nearby people.
Corrective Actions:
Ducati will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your motorcycle to a dealer to replace the side stand, side stand bracket and locking plate.
