Transport Canada Recall - 2021086 - JAYCO

Issue:
On certain travel trailers, an incorrect spring hanger was installed during the assembly process. As a result, the tires could contact the bottom of the trailer while driving. This could cause tire damage and result in poor vehicle handling or a tire failure.

Safety Risk:
A sudden change in vehicle handling or a tire failure could increase the risk of a loss of control, and may result in a crash.

Corrective Actions:
Jayco will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your travel trailer to a dealer to replace the spring hangers and inspect the tires for any damage.
