Issue:
On certain travel trailers, the Solar Prep wiring may not be connected to the protected side of the 12-V circuit breaker located near the battery. As a result, the circuit may be not be protected from an over-current situation.
Safety Risk:
Wiring that does not have proper circuit protection could create a fire risk.
Corrective Actions:
Keystone will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your trailer to a dealer to inspect the Solar Prep wiring. The wiring will be corrected, if needed.
