Transport Canada Recall - 2020608 - FOREST RIVER

Issue:
The compliance label and cargo carrying capacity labels on certain travel trailers may list the wrong unloaded vehicle weight (UVW). The label incorrectly lists the UVW as less than the actual weight of the trailer. This could lead to overloading of the trailer and cause poor handling or a tire failure.

Safety Risk:
Overloading of the trailer could cause a loss of control and result in a crash.

Corrective Actions:
New compliance and cargo carrying capacity labels will be mailed to each owner. Owners who would like help installing the labels can contact a Forest River dealer.
