Issue
Issue:
On certain vehicles equipped with a Weldon Vista IV control panel, an electrical problem could cause the screen to not work properly. As a result, the operator may not be able to control or access certain vehicle functions. Depending on the vehicle configuration, this can affect the emergency warning lights, patient care devices and/or cause the rearview camera image not to display.
Safety Risk:
Emergency personnel that do not have immediate access to vehicle controls could create a delay in emergency response. Additionally, a rearview camera image that does not display could reduce a driver's ability to see behind the vehicle while backing up. This could increase the risk of a crash.
Corrective Actions:
E-ONE will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take a photo of the Vista display screen(s) showing the decal with the serial number. E-ONE will verify if each unit is affected and provide a new display, as necessary.
