On certain travel trailers, the power inverter may have been wired incorrectly. As a result, the shore power cord may be back-fed with electricity when the inverter is turned on.
Safety risk
A power cord that is back-fed with electricity could create a risk of electrocution.
Corrective actions
Keystone will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your vehicle to a dealer to test the function of the inverter. Dealers will rewire the inverter, as needed.
