Issue:
On certain trucks, the driver side rearview mirror glass may not be properly attached. As a result, the mirror glass could fall off.
Safety Risk:
A missing mirror will reduce rear visibility and could increase the risk of a crash.
Corrective Actions:
Fiat Chrysler Automobiles Canada will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your truck to a dealer to replace the driver side mirror glass.
