Issue:
On certain side-by-side vehicles, the accelerator pedal may not return when it is released. This could cause the throttle to stick open.
Safety Risk:
A throttle that sticks in the open position could cause a loss of control and create the risk of a crash.
Corrective Actions:
CMI will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your vehicle to a dealer to replace the electronic throttle pedal assembly.
