Issue:
On one motorhome, the wrong sized circuit breaker for the AC voltage converter may have been installed at the battery tray. A 100-A breaker may have been installed instead of a 70-A breaker. As a result, the wiring connected to the breaker could overheat and melt.
Safety Risk:
Wiring that melts or overheats could create the risk of a fire.
Corrective Actions:
Thor Motor Coach will notify the owner by mail and instruct them to take their motorhome to a dealer to inspect the breaker. It will be replaced, as necessary.
