Issue

Issue: Certain tires were made with missing information on the sidewalls. This includes, the tire identification number (TIN), maximum speed, maximum load and inflation pressure, and the tire construction. Canadian regulations require this information to be marked on the sidewalls of all tires. Missing or incorrect tire information may result in the tire being used or serviced improperly, and could result in a tire failure. Safety Risk: Improper tire installation or use can create the risk of a tire failure, and could increase the risk of a crash. Note: If the tires are installed correctly and properly inflated, there is no risk to safety. Corrective Actions: Bridgestone will notify owners by mail and instruct you to contact a tire dealer to replace the tires. If these tires are installed on your vehicle, they should be properly maintained until they can be replaced. If you have questions about the use or inflation of your tires, you should contact Bridgestone or tire dealer.
