Issue: On certain travel trailers, the tires may come in contact with the wheel wells or surrounding structure due to an issue with the suspension components. This could cause tire damage and result in poor vehicle handling or a tire failure. Safety Risk: A sudden change in vehicle handling or a tire failure could increase the risk of a loss of control, and may result in a crash. Corrective Actions: Jayco will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your travel trailer to a dealer to inspect and replace defective leaf springs if necessary. Additionally a rubber bump stop will be installed on the top side of the axle.
