Issue:
On certain fifth-wheel trailers, the landing legs may not be properly attached to the trailer. As a result, the landing legs may slip and puncture the trailer floor, causing the trailer to drop.
Safety Risk:
Landing legs that puncture the floor and cause the trailer to drop could create a risk of injury.
Corrective Action:
Forest River will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your trailer to a dealer to re-install the landing legs and ensure they are properly attached.
