Issue: On certain trailers, the clip that holds the air hose spring could fall off of the chassis. If this happens, an air hose could drag on the ground and be damaged. As a result, there could be an air leak that can cause reduced brake performance. Safety Risk: Reduced brake performance can cause extended stopping distances and increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: The company has notified all owners by mail and provided them with instructions for how to inspect their trailer and replace the defective beam clips (grey) with new ones (gold/yellow).
